This Age Suitability Policy explains the type of content and online functionality present in Elevator, Please!, a mobile game developed by Mrdzyn Studio, and how those features relate to age-appropriate use.
The purpose of this policy is to help players, parents, guardians, app-store reviewers, and distribution partners understand the game's content profile.
Official age ratings are assigned by the applicable app store, regional rating authority, or rating questionnaire. Mrdzyn Studio answers those questionnaires based on the actual content and functionality present in the current release.
2. Intended Audience
Elevator, Please! is designed as a general-audience casual strategy and time-management game.
Players manage an elevator, pick up waiting passengers, transport them to requested floors, and try to serve passengers efficiently before their patience runs out.
The game is not specifically designed as a children's educational product and is not marketed as a child-directed social service. However, the current gameplay and presentation are intended to be appropriate for younger players as well as adults.
3. Current Content Profile
The current version of Elevator, Please! does not intentionally contain:
- Realistic violence.
- Graphic, bloody, or gory content.
- Cartoon or fantasy combat.
- Weapons.
- Depictions of injury, death, or physical harm.
- Horror or fear themes.
- Profanity or crude humor.
- Sexual or suggestive content.
- Nudity.
- Alcohol, tobacco, or recreational drug use or references.
- Gambling or real-money gambling.
- Simulated gambling.
- Loot boxes.
- Randomized paid rewards.

- Political advocacy.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content.
Passengers may become impatient and leave if they are not served in time. The game's LOST counter refers to passengers who abandon the wait or ride objective; it does not depict death, injury, or violence.
4. Gameplay Pressure and Challenge
Elevator, Please! includes time-management and prioritization mechanics. Players may experience:
- Countdown-style passenger patience.
- Increasing challenge difficulty.
- Score optimization.
- Failure states when too many passengers are not served.
- Endless Mode with progressively more demanding passenger traffic.
These mechanics are presented as normal game challenge and do not involve threats, physical harm, horror, or graphic consequences.
5. Online Features
Core gameplay is designed to work offline.
On supported iOS devices, Elevator, Please! may optionally use Apple Game Center for the Endless Mode leaderboard.
When Game Center is used:
- A player may authenticate with Apple's Game Center service.
- The game may submit an Endless Mode score to Apple.
- The player may view leaderboard results through Apple's Game Center interface.
- Elevator, Please! does not provide its own player-to-player messaging, chat, voice chat, or direct social networking system.
- Elevator, Please! does not provide user-generated content posting or sharing inside the game.
Game Center availability and parental-control behavior are managed by Apple and the player's device or Apple Account settings.
6. Advertising and Commercial Features
The current version of Elevator, Please! does not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral advertising.
The game does not currently include loot boxes, gambling mechanics, or paid random rewards.
If a future version introduces advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid randomized items, or other commercial mechanics that could affect age suitability, this policy and applicable store-rating questionnaires will be reviewed and updated before release.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
Elevator, Please! is designed as a local-first game.
Normal progression, settings, resumable gameplay state, and local high scores are stored on the player's device. The game does not require an Elevator, Please! account.

Apple Game Center, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, device manufacturers, and operating-system providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Parental Controls
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the parental-control tools provided by the applicable platform where appropriate. Depending on the device and platform, these may include:
- Apple Screen Time and Family controls.
- Ask to Buy or equivalent purchase approval controls.
- Google Family Link.
- Huawei parental-control or child-account features.
- App installation and content-rating restrictions provided by the operating system or app store.
Elevator, Please! does not attempt to bypass platform-level parental controls.
9. App Store Age Ratings
Mrdzyn Studio completes each platform's official age-rating or content-rating questionnaire based on the current release.
Apple App Store
Apple's current age-rating system includes 4+, 9+, 13+, 16+, and 18+ on current operating systems, with regional and older-OS variations where required. Apple's rating is generated from the developer's answers to the App Store Connect age-rating questionnaire.
The current Elevator, Please! App Store listing displays an age rating of 4+. Apple controls the final displayed rating and any regional or operating-system-specific variation.
Google Play
Google Play uses the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) framework. Developers must complete the Play Console content-rating questionnaire accurately, and Google Play displays locally appropriate ratings based on the answers and the player's region.
Google Play assigns Elevator, Please! a locally applicable IARC rating based on the current content-rating questionnaire and region.
Huawei AppGallery
Huawei AppGallery requires developers to complete an age-rating questionnaire so users can identify apps suitable for their age. The Elevator, Please! AppGallery submission uses answers intended to reflect the current release accurately.
10. Regional Differences
Age-rating labels may differ by country or region because different rating authorities apply different local standards.
A rating shown on one store or in one jurisdiction may therefore not be identical to a rating shown elsewhere, even when the game content is the same.
The applicable store or regional rating authority controls the final displayed rating.
11. Future Features
Mrdzyn Studio will review age suitability whenever Elevator, Please! adds or materially changes features such as:
- Advertising.
- In-app purchases.
- Loot boxes or randomized rewards.
- Chat or messaging.
- User-generated content.
- Multiplayer interaction.
- Social-media features.
- Unrestricted web access.
- New mature themes.
- Violence, horror, gambling, sexual content, substance references, or other sensitive content.
Where a change affects the answers to an app-store rating questionnaire, Mrdzyn Studio will update the applicable questionnaire before or with the relevant release.
12. Parent and Guardian Guidance
Parents and guardians should consider the individual maturity, needs, and device settings of the player.
Although Elevator, Please! is designed as a general-audience game, younger players may still find time pressure, score optimization, or challenge failure frustrating. These are gameplay difficulty considerations rather than mature-content concerns.
